Art Gallery Fabrics Giveaway!

Happy Friday, everyone! I have a fun giveaway for you today sponsored by Art Gallery Fabrics.

A few weeks ago, I shared with you the scrappy denim quilt that I made for Art Gallery Fabric’s absolutely amazing Quilt Market booth.  Check out that post to hear a little more about the making of the quilt.

I was thrilled when my package from AGF arrived full of fabric goodies. They sent me some beautiful prints from various AGF collections, a couple of Pure Elements solids, one of their Denim Prints, and a whole bunch of Solid Smooth Denim to work with.

I was immediately enamored with the denim. It has that beautiful sheen that I admire in other AGF fabrics, but with an added iridescence that was mesmerizing. I kept moving it around the see more of that pretty shine!

I was also struck by how lightweight it is. It looks like jeans, but it has the drape softness of quilting cotton.  I really want to get more of the Printed Denim and use it for some garment sewing as well.

I’ll be honest- pictures cannot do this fabric justice!

Because they compliment each other so well,  I wanted my readers to get a chance to try the Art Gallery Denim along with their quilting cottons. I contacted AGF about doing a giveaway, and they were gracious enough to put together this awesome fat quarter bundle based off the fabrics I used in my quilt!

AGF is will be sending our lucky winner this Fat Quarter Bundle of ten prints/solids.

This giveaway is open to US participants 18 years and older and will be open until Thursday, June 16th at 9pm Pacific Standard Time. I will select a winner from comments via random.org and announce our winner on Friday the 17th.  Duplicate entries will be excluded from the drawing.

  9. My favorite day ever was Christmas last year. I had made 5 family members quilts and it was so fun seeing them open and be excited about what I made. Giving handmade gifts is the best!

    My favorite day ever was dipping my toes in a small lake while hiking in the Sonoran desert. Such a surprise to find water amongst Saguaro and prickly pear growing mountain side in Tucson.

  40. One of my favorite days ever was spent exploring tide pools and having a picnic on the beach with my young daughters, on a trip we took to California. Thanks for the chance to win this lovely fabric. Your quilt and the quilting is gorgeous!

  43. Beautiful quilt! I love the multicolored quilting. My LQS has some of their denim and I was surprised too how soft and thin it was. I need to make something out of it. My favorite days would have to be the two days my little ones were born 🙂

  46. Your favorite day memory made me think of beach memories. One of my favorites was snorkeling in Kauai with my sister and going out past the reef and finding a sea turtle to swim with.
