July is here, and I’m finally starting to feel like I’m settling in to summer break!

Color Play Friday is hosted by Trina from In An Otter Life and myself. I chose this photo of Trina’s knowing that I would want to do a Fourth of July-themed bundle. As I started picking colors, I realized that I wasn’t going to get a classic red, white and blue from this picture. But those dusky blues and beautiful reds screamed at me… “Riley Blake!” So off I went to the Riley Blake website to find this fun bundle.

A note about scale:

• While I believe scale is a very important part of fabric selection, the fabrics shown in my Color Play images are not always perfectly to scale. I do my best, by you should always double check scale before ordering!
